2024-2025 Flu Vaccines Are In!

Flu vaccines will be administered to patients in office by appointment only.  We will also be holding a few clinics,  please call the office for those dates.  There will be a limited supply of vaccine and will only be given to those with appointments. We ask that you not bring in siblings to appointments for the vaccine without calling ahead to schedule an appointment for them, this way we can ensure we have the space and supply to be able to give the vaccine. Please note that if your child comes in for a “sick visit’ or “same day” appointment we may not be able to provide the vaccine at that time as our stock may already be accounted for. Keep in mind the schools will also be holding their clinics as usual, please contact the school department for those dates.

Please call the Office to book an appointment (401-231-3138)

In order to expedite the process, we ask that you please:

and bring with you along with the insurance card. If you do not have access to a printer, please notify the staff and a form will be provided.

COVID Protocol Update:

  1. Please call the office if any COVID exposure or symptoms prior to visit.
  2. MASKS are now optional in office for routine “non-sick” visits
  3. Car Check in will only be needed for “Sick Visit” all other non sick visits will come straight into office to check in at the window.
